Hotel is beautiful. Everything is as promoted and previous reviews are 100%. Location is amazing, basically the centre of all the attractions. Staff os superb, always helpful and welcoming. We arrived hours b4 check in, but front desk made sure he had us in our room on arrival. Staff is always full of smiles. A definite hotel to be in when in Istanbul.

The hotel is nice and accepted however the room is considered small and it feel outdated style The breakfast was not fresh and couple of days the corn and salad tasted rotten this was the worst thing, we even skipped breakfast couple of days and very weird that if you ordered an omelet they charge you extra which I didn't find in any other place The staff specially the reception was great, friendly and helpful they do the best for you Parking is available Special needs wheelchair parking is not available Special needs wheelchair entrance is not available Ofcourse best thing is the location which is walking minute to sultan Ahmed and Aya Sophia mosque

The location of this hotel is amazing. It's near lots of small restaurants and shopping. Sultanahmet square is a five min walk and the tram stop is two min. Service is great people are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. The rooms a little small but clean and comfortable. I would book again.

Very disappointing. The hotel’s air conditioner doesn’t work, the tv didn’t work for several days, and the personal didn’t seem to care about solving these issues. Several days our room wasn’t cleaned and our beds we’re not made. The hotel’s breakfast isn’t that good either. We were expecting a lot more. The only good thing about the hotel is its location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Edibe Sultan Hotel for New Year's Eve, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the front desk were warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One particularly memorable moment was when I had a problem with my car. The receptionist was so kind and helpful, taking the time to assist me and even making a few phone calls to try and resolve the issue. I was blown away by the level of customer service and appreciation I received during my stay. The hotel itself was also top-notch. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the amenities were top-quality. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet in the morning, which had a wide variety of options to choose from. All in all, my stay at Edibe Sultan Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the entire team at Edibe Sultan Hotel for making my New Year's Eve celebration one to remember!

We loved staying there my wife and I. Place is clean, people are extremely nice and attentive, and the location is very nice. The one issue we had is the noise coming from the shisha bar next to us. They had loud music all night… so that was annoying. Some rooms are smaller than other. So if you’re staying for a while, book the bigger room:) Breakfast was decent, could be better. But the options were alright Shout out to my man Ali, he was a great host and worker there.

Had such a good time at this hotel! Very clean, staff were very helpful. The location is great, in a really nice place close to all the tourist sites and 5 minutes walk from the metro. Room was a good size with air con. Would really recommend staying at this hotel and I'd come here again.
